The acclaimed Korean Wave actor Song Seung Heon and the Japanese actress Nanako Matsushima co stars in this Japanese film remake of the best fantasy melodrama Hollywood film 'Ghost'(1990) starring Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze. Song is set to play the role Patrick Swayze once did, while Demi Moore's role will be played by Nanako.

Pulling a twist on the original storyline, it is the femaleprotagonist Nanami (Nanako Matsushima) who is killed under mysterious circumstances and remains as a ghost to protect the love of her life, Kim Jun-Ho (Song Seung Heon).A Korean and Japanese co-venture, "Ghost (ゴースト/보이지 않는 사랑)" gives renewed meaning of love's power to persist through the afterlife.


i never did watch the original 'Ghost'
haruslah sebab patrick swayze tak berape nak handsome!
but i choose to opt for this one of course because of the pretty faces, duh
and we've got to admit that korean and japanese (ahh my favourite two countries) are so good at producing love stories whether it is drama or film

what i'm trying to say is 'you can feel the love to the bones, people!'

apabila 'FEE' bertukar menjadi 'FI'

i don't know if you guys have come across this ad on television recently
it's a gov ad, and i just couldn't remember what is it about
maybe it's about tax or something (-_-)'
and it is particularly in malay

but what i actually want to point out here is that at the very end of the ad,
there is one word that caught my attention

yes, the word 'FEE' has officially become 'FI' (after di'bm'kan, lol!)

i am not freaking out or whatsoever, but i did blurted this words out of my mouth
'oh, what the hell! what is FI?'
it turns out to be YURAN or BAYARAN or something like that, dowh

well, i'm not an expertise nor a specialist in malay language, but i do get annoyed every time an english words being transform to malay buta-buta (sorry, i couldn't think of a right word at the moment)
here are some example of the words:

installation - instalasi / pemasangan

budget - bajet / belanjawan

group - grup / kumpulan

term - terma / syarat

incident - insiden / kejadian

please add on to the list, i'm sure there's still a lot out there

and here are some of the many question which i like to ask
+ Are we even allowed to do that?
+ Is it ok?
+ Are we not categorize as 'pelacur bahasa'?(haha i came across this term while doing some research about this)

oh ho i've been silence since last week
(baru perasan!lol)

well, i'm not pretending to be busy
and i'm not at the least of being busy at all
the thing is i've been instructed to attend a blog course for two consecutive days
yeah right! a blog course? do i need one when i already have one for myself?
but i try to be positive about it and just tag along
from the first hand information, i get to know that the course will be conducted using wordpress
again i went
oh crap, i don't like wordpress! i've tried using it before and not liking it since! the theme is boring, the features are not really user friendly, it takes forever to load and bla bla bla

but, after that two days, i guess i've changed my mind
ok bukan jilat balik ludah sendiri
for me wordpress is still boring and skema as it is
but if you put your heart and soul in it, it will not be as bad as you think
maybe i dislike it pretty much previously because i have no one to turn to whenever i face with some sort of problem

so, 2 blogs for me now

Mesir Mishaps

this is just an entry to let the people know what actually has been going on in Mesir.
please pray for the safety of our malaysian brothers and sisters
and hopefully they will come home asap

'Bila baca balik rentetan kejadian yang berlaku di Mesir sekarang ni, aku rasa sangat kesian kepada pelajar di sana. Aku faham sangat situasi mereka dan aku rasa apa yang mereka alami sekarang berpuluh kali lebih teruk dengan keadaan di Moscow. Aku juga teringat kepada segelintir pembaca blog.ariff yang juga merupakan pelajar kursus perubatan di Mesir dan juga kawan-kawan seangkatan di MAI ni yang kebetulan menghabiskan masa cuti musim sejuk di sana. Harap mereka semua ni dan seluruh rakyat Malaysia di sana selama.

Inilah nasib pelajar kita yang belajar di luar negara kalau ditempatkan di negara kelas kedua atau ketiga. Aku rasa satu hari nanti kerajaan patut menghentikan daripada menghantar pelajar ke negara-negara yang bermasalah dan hanya menempatkan pelajar di negara maju sahaja. Sebentar tadi aku baru dapat mesej melalui Facebook daripada seorang pelajar Malaysia yang menuntut di Egypt berkenaan keadaan pelajar di sana dan aku rasa mesej ini perlu disampaikan kepada semua supaya kita tahu yang sepatutnya kerajaan kita perlu secepat mungkin menghantar bantuan dan mengeluarkan rakyat kita dari sana.

Ariff, kini saya berada di Malaysia kerana pulang untuk winter break, but when I got home, the condition in Egypt somehow got worse about the Hosni Mubarak thingy. Ramai yang sangka keadaan kat sana adalah okay, mengikut kata Jabatan Penuntut Kaherah Mesir dan Kedutaan Malaysia di sana, but there are parts that they don’t know:

Di tempat saya Mansoura, people got killed on the streets, houses are getting robbed and they are aiming to attack Malaysian students. There are about 6000 prisoners on the streets! Pelajar kita di Alexandria dirogol, airport dibakar dan anggota polis tidak lagi menjalankan tugas mereka.

Kita memohon supaya kerajaan Malaysia memandang serius hal ini. Bukan sahaja di Mansoura, malah di seluruh Mesir keselamatan rakyat kita terancam.
